Hi, y'all. I'm Beth Copic: entrepreneur, lifelong traveler, self-proclaimed foodie, and proud owner of Savannah Scone Company.
From planning unforgettable experiences to baking buttery scones, I've always loved creating things that bring people joy. Before I started handcrafting scones in Savannah, I built a career around high-touch, client-focused businesses. I owned a bridal shop in my native Arkansas. I ran a top real estate business in Colorado. I operated a travel company where my attention to detail helped clients chase their dreams across the world.
Through all of it, one thing never changed: my love for the kitchen. It's always been my happy place. Whether I'm testing new flavors inspired by my international adventures or cooking up a holiday meal for the family, I've found comfort and joy surrounded by whisks and dough for as long as I can remember.
On the personal side, my husband and I have three kids. Our daughter is a pharmacy technician back in Arkansas, and our middle son is currently serving our country in the U.S. Army. They've each blessed us with a grandson. Our youngest is in his 10th grade year at Benedictine right here in Savannah. We've spent more than 20 years on the sidelines of various soccer fields cheering all three of them on. In the rare quiet moment, you'll find me poolside with a historical fiction novel or tasting a new vintage from one of the boutique wineries we've discovered in our travels.
I believe life is meant to be savored, preferably with something warm, flaky, and fresh from the oven.
At Savannah Scone Company, I'm building on a tradition of small-batch, handcrafted baking and genuine Southern hospitality. We're keeping things cozy, vintage, and just a little bit sassy. Whether you're a longtime local or just passing through one of our two bakeshops, come on in and treat yourself.
After all, bless your heart... you need a scone.
